Laurel Francoeur will be speaking in Central NJ at a private home in South Brunswick.

Laurel is the co-founder of www.greenlaureldocuments.com, which helps families write 504 plans and Individual Health Educational Plans for food allergic students.  Laurel is the author of How to Educate for the Food Allergic Child: A Manual for Getting What your Child Needs at School” and “Flying with Food Allergies: What you Need to Know.”
