Alexander, the Elephant Who Couldn't Eat Peanuts
In collaboration with the Cotsen Children's Library at Princeton University Library, Whole Foods Market and the Allergy & Asthma Support Group of Central New Jersey.

Parents of kids with food allergies all know the book series about Alexander, the elephant who is allergic to peanuts. We're honoring   that plucky little fellow with a special back-to-school event with activities for kids and resources for parents!

Browse a sampling of allergy-aware foods, personalize your own canvas lunch bag, talk with the knowledgeable members of the Allergy  & Asthma Support Group of Central NJ, join a tour to learn about the  array of items Whole Foods Market offers for you and your family, and more! The event finishes with a raffle for a $50 store gift card  (attached to a giant stuffed elephant, of course).

You don't have to be allergic to be invited, the event is open to all! Teachers, show your school ID for a special teacher appreciation gift.
